something to the effect of hitting the nail on the head.

I think this pretty much also nails the coffin shut. Also, I'm going on record as saying his entire staff is suspect, Rumsfeld, Ashcroft, Rice, Rove (good god), ...he even had the Heuvos mos Grande to initiallly appoint Admiral Poindexter, (a man who lied under oath during the Iran Contra trials) as head of national security. If that's not a F-U to the country what is? He quickly retracted however...

My little sister could explain tribal sovereignty, I would hope that my president could... I mean, now after four years, it no longer seems funny, it's just patently scary.

His insistance on trying to garner church involvment for lack of his own social programs, both making government non-secular and bluring the lines between state and church and the idea of what constitutes freedom of religion and 'faith based initiatives', inclusive of what funds are sent to which faiths (namely the faith of his choosing)... Not to mention it unburdening the government in footing the bill.

I don't think the man is incapabable of learning, it's hard to believe that the son of the head of the CIA who's other family members seem not to act like deers caught in the headlight couldn't learn if he tried, I just never think he needed to try...

If anyone wants to know something rather queasy that is about Dick Cheney, it was Ann Coulter who said she found him "Attractive", and "Her type of man"... I'm not dogging the guy's looks, but who wants to date a guy who's heart is made of pure velveeta and is a soulless cyborg hellbent on destroying the world? Is she some sort of masochist or just stupid.

The point of the matter is, it's hard to see him masterminding tetris, let alone a government, so don't think of it as voting for or against bush, but voting for or against his entire administration, of whom the only person who has remotely seemed to show any decorum was Colin Powell.

How much do the rich deserve?
Really, Can you ever be too rich? -Ghandi
When it all boils down to it, if he wins or not, he will never want for anything the rest of his life, and by years end, a bit less than 3-4 million people will have died the world over of starvation.

Bon Apetite.

What I really should say is that I didnt really address in my previous post is that I could make similar (though shorter) lists for Clinton, Gore and Kerry as well. The thing is that they all at least inspire a level of confidence in me. Bush does not. Even with Bob Dole and George H.W. Bush, I knew that they knew what they were talking about and felt at least somewhat confident that they wouldnt lead us ass backwards into hell because some right wing think tank thought it was a swell idea. When Bush speaks, he can hardly introduce himself without fumbling and sounding like an 11 year old put in front of the altar to read his first sermon. Maybe I am selling him short, but he leaves himself wide open to all kinds of criticism simply by the manner in which he expresses himself. I find myself completely bewildered as to how any sensible republican can see this person as the best man for the job of representing their party, because I know there are more capable people in their ranks.

He is the perfect President.

Knows very little.
Relies heavily upon his administration.
Isn't likely to ask many questions.
Will follow the script.
Won't change his mind once the decision has been made (for him).

If someone ever puts a stake through Cheney's heart it's going to be like watching Charlie McCarthy without Edgar Bergen.

Yeah, just because they aren't in power anymore, doesn't mean "we got em" they took off before the US could capture them, and most of them are doing their best to cause as much trouble as possible.

these are just a few other thoughts i had on dubya.

since he has (illegally) been in office, he has unneccesarily started a war over alleged weapons of mass destruction which were never found. he succeeded in getting millions of americans to hate france and germany for their refusal to go to war over these WMDs, and after it turned out they were right, he has stubbornly stuck to his policies because he's "a strong leader". yeah, strong and 100% wrong. you see george, changing your mind is okay if new information comes to light that changes the situation. only a moron refuses to change their position when every shred of factual evidence indicates that their position is incorrect. strength and wisdom are not opposing values. this is a war that has already taken nearly 1000 american lives, not to mention countless lives of iraqi men, women, and children (who, incidentally, had nothing to do with 9/11), he has asserted himself as dictator and given himself power far beyond what the founding fathers ever intended or any president has ever had before because of our supposed system of checks and balances, he has taken steps to harm our environment in countless ways (mostly in the name of oil $ to line his pockets), he has called anyone who disagrees with his tactics unpatriotic, he cant speak without stumbling and wont hold press conferences because he's too dumb to answer the questions that are asked, hes had the most secretive administration ever, he lied to the american people to get us into war and now he doesnt know how to get out, he doesnt read but instead has his advisors tell him whats going on in the world, oh, and he tampered with election results to get himself APPOINTED president instead of being elected as is usually the way we like to do it in this country. he is an unscrupulous, moronic, evil, self-involved, environment hating, coat-tail riding, civil rights trampling, mud slinging, war mongering, money grubbing, saudi royal family loving, lying, douchebag sacka shit. i believe everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it continues to amaze me how with the mount everest of evidence that GW is by far the worst president this country has ever seen, that over 50% of the population still continues to support him. what does he have to do, rape a two year old on national tv? would that change their minds? i dont know. i mean im not saying john kerry is abe lincoln or anything, but i'll vote for anybody who'll get that maniac out of office.
