He's clearly not next to it. But why let the truth get in the way of a good story?

One of the things I found the most humorous was the description of the head.
Not to mention the fact, when asked why he didn't at least keep the head for mounting, replied "it was just too big".
WTF?!?! Now if i'm gonna stuff something and mount it to my wall... this thing better have the biggest head on the block, right? Too big? That's like saying Michael Moore's head wouldn't look good over my fireplace... it's just not true!!!

After looking at the picture, it doesn't appear noticeably fake. Check this out.



He's mostly behind it, but his arm is forward and his hand seems to be resting on its hoof. Here's even closer with my approximate outlines of how the gloves and hoof are related.

I saw this on yahoo... holly fuck.... hunter's dream if it's real. I wish the guy would have made more photo's.. maybe have it on the ground next to a messuring tape or something. 1000pd wild hog- that's gotta be a world record.

The fact that they didn't is surely the most convincing argument against it being real.

For the 'It's not real crew' the hog seems to be pulling the same trick Luke did to swing off the barge in RTJ, the rope doesn't look like it's attached to anything.

On the other hand, it's a cool story, so we should just say it's real, even if we don't believe it.
