I take your point about the need for common sense and getting to the facts; however, most facts point to a situation where some members objected to black children being allowed to co-mingle and subsequently wielded enough influence to bring about behavior that can only be described as "racist."

Racism is not always a belief or an expression of belief, but can be manifested in behavior brought about by "peer" pressure. That seems to be the case here.

I dislike Tyler Perry a little less now. That was really nice of him.

Also....bear in mine that ONE case was a government agency specifically denying promotions to qualified applicants based on the fact that no black applicants scored high enough to be awarded the available promotions...and the government agency, fearing a lawsuit from those black applicants...threw out the legitimate test results of the qualified applicants.

The OTHER case was a private swim club contracting with a daycare facility to use their pool. This resulted in individdual citizens allegedly saying racially insensitive things within ear shot.......and the president of the private swim club making a complete ass of himself.

Do you see the difference?
