Hell, the Chrysler of old stuffed Hemis in the oddest places. The Hemi Dart is a prime example.

Let's see if I can find it...

Yep. biggrin

Can't go wrong with a 10-second factory race car.

These vehicles are intended to use in supervised acceleration trials and other competitive events, therefore, they will be sold without warranty. Special stickers will be provided for plant installation (attached to left "A" post) which will read as follows: "This vehicle was not manufactured for use on public streets, roads or highways and does not conform to Motor Vehicle Safety Standards."

Ahh, the good ol' days...

No fair, Volkov - 2 wheeled entries have the unfair advantage for performance. A YZF-R1 $9,000 literbike will hand most $100,000 sports cars their asses handily.

some shnathead in a firebird wouldn't leave me alone today...all I wanted to do was make it to the company Christmas party in one piece with the holiday shopping traffic, but he kept zooming up on me and then back off a bit and zooming up....and being as i've only really been on streets with this thing for a week or so, I shouldn't have, but I dropped it down to third and just twisted and that fucker wasn't even gonna try to keep up....he got stuck at a light. and as far as I'm concerned...maybe it was the safer choice....freakin' cagers.

Cager smackdown is fun. Some months ago, a guy in a Porsche 911 Turbo thought he was fast. Obligingly, I corrected his misconception, and in a big way.

Always nice to put the smackdown on some toolbox in his slammed Beemer w/ fart muffler and stank- ho girlfriend in tow.

It's fun to play cat and mouse with them for a bit before you leave them standing hold their small shrinking pee-pee's as they inhale the sweet sweet exhaust of a Ducati......idiots. biggrin

C'mon, man, you're spoiling the fun. How am I supposed to get beer money and car titles if nobody is that foolish?

The bike is British, after all, and it has saddlebags too...it can't be *that* fast, right?
