The stupidly semantic and totally repetitive porn site debate is over here. Go there. Enjoy. You're wrong of course, but there are a lot of other people over there making the same dumb arguments so you'll at least have company.

This thread HERE is for laffs at John Kerry, who is being funny. (Objectively.) I don't know why you're determined to throw a wet blanket on other people enjoying this, but as long as you realize you are totally in the wrong about absolutely everything you've said here, let's just leave it at that.

Also, about Kerry, I still stand behind about how his comment isn't funny. Lots of people make slip-ups like that. I do it often enough myself. Small surprise that some of are elected officials do that as well. What is so funny about it? Do enlighten me.

Also, this? Really? It needs to be explained to you why making an incredibly awkward intern joke to the daughter of the man who made the word "intern" synonymous with "blowjob" at her mother's confirmation hearing is at least amusing? Really?

You must be a riot at parties.

^^^ I'm sure you look a hell of a lot better. That's why you hide behind your sharky ball pit avatar.

You know, you'd think it'd be easy to figure out how to get to my myspace off here, but apparently not so much. Why would I post pics here when you can just go and look on another site? Besides, I'm lazy. Yes, I admit I'm not so much to look at, you'll see in my profile that I admit to being goofy looking. Of course just because I'm goofy looking totally removes my right to express my opinion about how other people look. My bad, I didn't realize the Thought Nazis were around.

Really? You really think I'm dumb because I didn't (a) guess you were on myspace, (b) assume you had the same name there as here, and (c) take the initiative to find you? Really?

Also, kindly get the fuck over the idea that simply because I called you out on your bullshit comment about Chelsea Clinton I am now the thought police, squelching your righteous opinions. You can say whatever you like. But when you stumble on to territory that I feel strongly about, like the hyperemphasis on appearance of American female political figures, don't expect to get handled with kid gloves.

But anyway, John Kerry.

...

Um, yeah. What a gaffe, eh?

Hrmm, and that part completely passed me by... now I feel dumb. /facepalm

I blame being sick for missing the totally obvious.

Well, see, and that's what I meant here:

And the thing is, Kerry has said a number of really articulate things in his time. It's just that, God help him, he seems to have an occasional knack for arranging totally normal, innocuous words in a surprisingly and uniquely unfortunate manner.

Out of context, nothing Sen. Kerry said is weird. Maybe kind of stumbling or slightly awkwardly spoken, but that's it. Nothing weird.

In context, though--oh, man.

And frankly I don't really blame him for not immediately putting it together before he spoke that "intern" is sort of a loaded word when it comes to the Clintons, because like I said, the actual words he said, by themselves (as well as the sentiment behind them) are totally normal, not-weird words. But then you think about it, and--again: oh, man.

So, yeah. Just . . . awkward.

Without derailing this too much, I think it's worth noting: I would not mind *at all* if Chelsea Clinton was my, um, "intern."

You realize that under $500 of make-up she's butt ugly right? She is simply not attractive, at all. Only reason why her smile is so dazzling because they have a pricey dentist to keep her teeth pearly white.

Well I for one find a woman with a big heart, a bright intellect and brilliant smile an enormous turn-on. I usually try to keep it to myself, but I can't help laughing at how people fail to see the beauty within others (or humor in seeing others put their foot in their mouth).

If Kerry was to look behind him he would notice a big bold line... and then slowly realize that he's just crossed it. eeek
