I'm quite proud that MN is #11. I wish it was higher, but MPLS public schools need a fucking makeover.
We're only #11 because they're judging the entire state. If they broke it down by metro area, it's widely known that Minneapolis-St. Paul is the smartest place in the country.

I don't know about that. The description of the local group for Minneapoolis-St. Paul isn't any more welcoming than any hand-painted "NO TRESSPASSING" signs I've seen in hardcore red-neck rural areas.
