Weird. Why was your VP's husband a member of that "defunct" party until 6 years ago? Why did he re-up his registration in 2000 of a party that was "defunct" 15 years ago? Why did YOUR VP record a welcoming address to this allegedly "defunct" party just two years ago?

Well those are determined by popular vote by the municipality, so if they have a sales tax it's because the community wanted one, probably because they wanted to cash in on the people passing through their town.
