well, as i said, i agree that SA has been reluctant to up their production--but as i also said, they've volunteered to up it by 7%. i consider that to be a noteworthy increase.

I'm not saying you're ill-informed. I fully admitted I'm very naive when it comes to economics. My understanding** was that it was pretty insignificant when it came to the impact on global gas prices. That was my only point. I didn't mean to make a huge deal out of it.
