Just recently the Warren Times Observer printed a artical in the police blotter. Basically a kid defaced a local high school as a minor. The paper seemed to think it would be prudent to reprint the artical, complete with the offenders name a full 2 years afterwords. The kid lost his job and suffered extremely because of it, untill the truth came out. Their resoning is it would be a deterent to others
I presume there will be a lawsuit.
