Religion and politics

Sorry I would write up a segway or something but I am still with the flu, however this article from todays news gives a bit of a more hopeful spin on religion and it's affects on American politics.

I saw that one. Seems the Republicans are no longer "God's Party" and some preachers are going more for the "love thy neighbor" message of Christianity, as opposed to the blurry lines of "man shall not lie down with man as with woman" (a physical impossibility, if you think about it) hate-mongering.
