Make marijuana legal like cigarates, that way we can tax it, make sure its safly produced and hemp is a way more cost effective source for bio-fuel. Marijuana is also the largest cash crop in California. Then release people that are convected of non-violent marijuana drug charges and the prisons will no longer for over crowded altho I am sure the Prison Guards Union will hire a army of lobbysts to stop that.

cigarettes will more than likely be illegal in 7-10 years, that's just a personal prediction. In case you haven't noticed, the recent national trend is to ban smoking, there are already associations trying to ban smoking in your home and in your car. It won't be long for it's completely illegal to smoke in public.

This will be bad for a few reasons. It's a personal liberty to drink and smoke, and two, pot smokers won't be able to use the ever popular "well cigarettes are legal, and they're more addictive than pot" argument.

not to mention how much money it will cost to enforce that rule, how many more addicts will be in the system, and I think after prohibition they would have relised it dosn't work but history repeats its self. I also don't smoke cigarettes nor marijuana i just relise that prohibition dosn't work and that it just makes more people want to do it.
