If the CIA can actually do mind control, then why the hell are there people out there that claim CIA, FBI, NSA, etc. have tons of projects going to keep the Illuminati in power? If I could do mind control and had that many resources, I'd probably prevent people from knowing that I could do it. Wouldn't you?

you'd think so right?

extrapolate on that one and imagine what new and better (worse?) abilities are truly under wraps...(zoinks!)

these particular documents have been available since at least 1999.

trying to find an article by a woman who claims to be a victim of these programs...grrr someone shut off the com and lost it.

why is there such debate about this???

i mean, seriously, how is the CIA experimenting with mind control suprising? or shocking?

why are people denying this as if it said "President Bush has a 205 IQ".

it would be downright shocking if the CIA had NEVER experimented with mind control.

they wouldn't be doing their jobs if they failed to investigate all sorts of things (ESP, mind control, pre-cognition). i mean, do you really think they're just going to let something that potentially powerful just slip by them? sure, it might not pan out. no real loss. but the potential gain is astounding. they'd be moronic not to investigate this type of stuff.

i'm not commenting on the truthfulness of the initial post. i tend to think it's legit, but it might not be. i'd need to see it in my hands. but even if it's not legit, i guarantee mind control has been studied by our government. i mean hell, hasn't anyone heard of MKULTRA?!?!!?!?

note: i am not defending the CIA in any way. there is scary shit going on, and i don't like it one bit. i'm just saying, of COURSE there is scary shit going on. that's their job. and if you want to get really scared, do some research on the CIA connections with Reverend Jim Jones (the mass kool aid suicide).

edited to add: as i've read further through, yes, some people have heard of MKULTRA. whew. mind control doesn't seem that outlandish to me. difficult, sure, but with the right drugs and such it makes perfect sense. i'd be surprised if we can't pull it off now, and even if we can't now, give it a few years. hell, they can remote control cockroaches and other small creatures already (i think they're up to small mammals) by implanting chips.
