My last arrest i was dragged in handcuffs from a bar, my face smashed into the cop cars tire, sent to city jail where my face was smashed off a wall then of the steel bunk while still in handcuffs (this was infront of a video camera). I sustained a bloddy nose. I was then taking to the neiboring county to be arrained for M2 resisting arrest, M2 failure to dispurse, M2 disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness. I was never read my meranda rights. I was concidered a flight risk and thrown in county jail on $5000 bail. When being checked Warren county jail I was given my one phone call, awnsered 'its posible" to having turberculosis, strip searched then place in general population. I was then denied any comunication for 72 hours except the 10 second recording before a collect call.
At my peliminary the police witness was giving the arresting officer a back rub, I found out the jail tape went missing. So i took a plea, even with 6 witnesses backing my story.
At my sentencing the judge took it upon himself (he ordered the DA mute) and sentenced me 3 times longer than the maximum sentence according to Pennsylvania guidlines. I appealed to Superior court and recieved a probation only sentence.
What makes the matter more suspisious is another person who was arrested that night confronted the police with brass knuckels and was only charged with summary disorderly conduct.
Now the Warren county jail is under investigation for denying medical attention, prisoner abuse, and one guard was already fired for allowing a male and female inmate to sleep together in a cell and have sex all night.
This is only one experience of many where my rights were violated by the justice system and/or law inforcement.
Because of this any attempt to defend our court system or any law inforcment agent will forever fall on my deaf ears.

Cock-eyed opptomist indeed. what gets me is this. if he was guilty of beating this chick up, then WHY THE FUCK DID HE TURN THE CAMERA BACK ON? it makes no sense to me at all. not saying if i was a cop, i would beat up a handcuffed person, but if i did i am pretty sure i wouldn't turn a camera on so others could see my handy work. that, to me, makes no sense whatsoever. I am not saying he is entirely innocent, if someone is in your custody, then i believe you have an obligation to look out for their well being. he failed in that respect.

i guess i have been fortunate. all the times cops could have fucking nailed me for some shit they have been very cool. like the time i was driving illegal as all hell with no insurance, registartion, or a valid drivers license and got stopped. cop was cool, gave me a fix it ticket. the night i had a few to many and the cops pulled me over, and instead of taking me to jail for a DUI they parked my van and gave me a ride home. then there was the time i was drunk in public and hauled off to the drunk tank, Cop was totally cool. several incidents similar to that that i don't want to disuss. so yeah, i like to think that it is possilbe this cop didn't beat her up. Sorry you had such a shitty go round with the cops. hopefully your future run-ins will be, if not positive, then at least not as bad as the story you told.

you doubt incorrectly. All the scenarios i discussed happened in San Diego. Cops gave me afix it ticket on my way home from school (Grossmont community college) on my way home from Joe N' Andy's after having a few to many and they parked my van. drunk as all hell on new years eve 2002 going into 2003 at the sports arena for the Pennywise/Voodoo Glows skulls and 21 other bands show when i got taken to the drunk tank for public intoxication. no stoppages in oklahoma. it's funny though, my mom, the safest driver i know got stopped once.
