The funniest thing about Merriam-Webster's compilation of "Words of the Year" is how much they resonate with the myspace/facebook generation, considering "Facebook" is number two, and "Quixotic" and "Apathetic" are also in the top ten, both of which being "moods" to choose from while blogging on myspace (and now just as a general cover-all mood).
I mean come on . . . hardly anyone knew what Quixotic meant until they saw it in the scrolldown menu and had to look it up, and probably from dictionary.com no less!

It's like google only it makes you look smart.
