And I think it's entirely possible W didn't know until last week. After they analyzed the info, somebody had to put it in coloring-book format.

Well... yeah... I meant more so, and what redemption we've regained since 2003 is back down the toilet.
I have seen this before, but I am still surprised everytime: "16 intelligence agencies"?
Who knew there was this much intelligence and yet we cannot make intelligent decisions? I bet you do not have to be intelligent to be part of those agencies.
