Oh look, I've gone against popular opinion. What are the odds?
thedragonjedi, kudos to you for taking the initiative to buy an actual guitar. Too bad more people don't do this...
Regardless, I still enjoy Video Games to escape the general boredom when nothing else is going on, and GH 1-3 is all I really play, I still have the PS2. That said. Here is a pic of what I went and bought. Guitar Center was Generous enough to sell it for $327. http://www.schecterguitars.com/spec.asp?id=10
Uh, at the time when you were three or four, Smurfberry, and one didn't have Nintendo Power or some friggin' Internets, yes, it was actually pretty friggin' hard. It was also more or less the first game of its kind, not one among many as it was when you were coming into your video gaming prime, KIDDO.
Are you mad that I'm bogarting it, or that I'm making fun of you for having a Mac? Because I wasn't doing the second one, honestly. It was meant entirely in good fun, and I apologize if that wasn't clear. I think Apple is cool, I just don't buy their products, mostly because I can get PCs that are only a few years outdated for free or very, very cheaply.
Seriously, man, rock out on GHIII, and once I'm up and running with it we can face off... with rock!
I signed a very similar lease for my apartment. Luckily everyone around me is louder than I am. So rockin' GH and RB aren't too big a deal, no matter the time of day.
I am sure the dishwasher thing is to just cover anything and everything. I'd be more concerned with the washer and dryer (if you have one), because lets face it, that buzzer telling you're stuff is done is loud and annoying.
Also, it's a bummer because it means you have to be a responsible adult and get your stuff out and fold it.
Rock Band is awesome. That said, I'm happy I have my own house.
and Yeah, trying to sing Coheed & Cambria sucks...but not worse than having to sing Fall Out Boy.
