No, I'm not sure, but if I recall correctly that's what the guy told me. I definitely could be wrong though. If it was just regular Toys for Tots though I'm not sure why they'd even bother making the distinction.

i suppose. a poor kid is a poor kid whether or not you have a parent raking in a whole $1,000 a month or whatever it is they give soldiers these days.

Either way it's a win.

suicidegirls.com used to (they might still) give free memberships to enlisted soldiers so... cheers!

I don't believe they give out memberships, but they do send out merch and such.

A lot of us girls actively send out packages to soldiers all over the world through our "Pinups for Soldiers" program.

You pay taxes, right?

Gosh, you're a murderer!

Anysoldier.com is a great program if you want to reach out and touch someone this holiday season. Pick a name at random or find someone from your hometown to support. There are full sections on what to send, the best way to package and mail things, etc. As someone who has benefited from this program in the past, I can attest to it's legitimacy.

I know this isn't exactly the same, but I donated to Toys for Tots for Service Members. Here's the link for Marine Toys for Tots foundation. Basically, Toys are donated to the children of men overseas or for those who would otherwise be unable to afford them.

are you sure that the marines give toys for tots to their own kids?

Toys for Tots donates toys to children of needy families (low income, no income). Not just families of Marines.

And looking back, I see that emotedcreations said that...

...Merry Christmas all!

*Chews own fingers off so she can't type out WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU SEND A CHRISTMAS CARD TO A MURDERER, thus not giving her veiws on the war*

I read your apology and, well, not accepted. I'm active military. Have I ever killed anyone? No. Have I had the opportunity? Yes. Most of us are not exactly gung ho to go out and shoot someone. Its not what we would choose to do given an option.

Oh, and MURDER is not exactly the only thing we do. We also:

SAVE LIVES.

REBUILD.

PROTECT.

TEACH.

SUPPLY.

OFFER CARE THAT WOULD OTHERWISE NEVER COME.

Why don't you ask the hundreds of thousands of people harmed/displaced/generally fucked over by the tsunami in 2004. I'm pretty sure the people that we delivered food and medical supplies to, not to mention clothes, toys and other goods, were pretty fucking happy we were there.

Are you aware that 4 Warlords called truce while we were there? Negotiations with US and NATO forces led them to lay down arms and actually assist in coordination and distribution. Did you know that? I doubt it. You don't read the shit I read. You don't do the shit I do. I was IN Sumatra helping. What did YOU do?

So kindly don't act like you know what's up.

Fuck you very much.
