I do think it's rather ironic he's putting someone in charge of something that she's against. You know where the money is gonna go? hiring counselors and speakers for highschools, ad campaigns directed toward the poor. Imo if they really wanna push down unwanted pregnancies and stds, all they needa do is show the 6 hour HIV video that all nurses, cosmo students and other technical classes are forced to watch. It's scarier than the photo used in this article.
That's not a bad idea - kind of like the drinking and driving video they showed us in high school.
