Well acording to the write up in this month's Wizard Mandarin plays a role and there were shots at San Diego Comic-Con of someone in the Iron Monger suit.

I'm not a huge Iron Man or Downey fan, but i don't think they could've cast Tony Stark better (unlike Nicholas Cage in Ghost Rider- WTF?), and with Terrence Howard as Jim Rhodes, Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts and Jeff Bridges as Obadiah Stone, it should have a solid cast, at least.

Dude, if the bad guy is not Doctor Doom no one should ever go see this movie

Well, unless it's the same Dr. Doom as in the FF movies. Then no one should ever SEE the movie. EVER.

According to Jon Favreau (director), the Mandarin will be in there.

looks totally awesome! really caught me off guard! i'm glad they didn't try to make him all heroic and decided to make him a drunken jerk like he's supposed to be! great casting choices too!

and normally i'd be totally put off by something as silly and obvious as using the sabbath song. but it is pretty damn perfect.

Aw Shit, I hope I can find my Jaw at the lost and found. I can only hope this translates to the best movie adaptation of a comic book.

They actually used Black Sabbath's "Iron Man." I'll repeat, they used Sabbath's "Iron Man" for Marvel's Iron Man. That's one of those ideas that's so fucking outstanding you dare not even mention it. Somehow it's too awesome to even attempt.

That really does look awesome. I've become pretty skeptical when it comes to comic book movies, but I might just see this one.
