I was under the impression that ads in the US didn't have to list side effects unless they mention what the medicine is for, which is kind of the same thing. It's how they got away with those stupid commercials that don't have anything to do with anything.
Though, I've noticed a reduction in those, so perhaps our laws have changed.
I hated them, though... "talk to your doctor about [insert drug]." I always wondered why I should... only to find it was an ED medication or a herpes medication... not very useful for a 12 year old girl, unless I'm fucking an old dude with herpes.

Also our Mountain Dew isn't allowed to have caffeine in it.
You're joking right?
I was thinking the same thing. This is news to me; I want to go buy some Mountain Dew now just to double check this. If so, it'd be one of the only soft drinks we have without caffeine.
And I'm convinced that the cell providers are in collusion. All of the dubious fees and so called special deals seem to show up at the same time among all companies.
The intertubes make it seem that in canada they aren't allowed to add caffeine to food that doesn't already have it in it.
So all the other pops come pre-caffeinated? I don't get it, I must be missing something.
