Those laws are clear and direct violations of the First Amendment, which has been incorporated in its entirety to the states through 14th Amendment.

Though President George H.W. Bush did state that he didn't believe Atheists should be considered citizens or patriots. Even if they were veterans. So I wouldn't guess that it would be too much of a stretch for this administration.

The freedom to hold religious beliefs in this country is very well protected. Oddly, the freedom to not have religious beliefs is not so well protected.

I am an American League fan who wants the DH banned.
