I saw George Bush say Atheist weren't American.
So the Constitution would not apply to them right ?
Like detainees at Gitmo.

I can't tell if you're joking or not here.

Those laws are clear and direct violations of the First Amendment, which has been incorporated in its entirety to the states through 14th Amendment.

I should also clarify that at the time he was Vice President running for President.

The freedom to hold religious beliefs in this country is very well protected. Oddly, the freedom to not have religious beliefs is not so well protected.

I am an American League fan who wants the DH banned.

And yes...Shalome is pretty good with this stuff. The political commentary....not baseball.
