Don't doubt yourself, you've proven your chops with the same method, time and time again.
The mdeia has a habit of taking incredible crazy idiots and making them seem legit. It probably starts out with "Man, listen to this craziness!" then people listen, and suddenly the person is selling books and is considered an expert.

Yes. If only we would love her more, she would morph into an actual human being. For shame on all of you.

I must say, I was so happy to be watching MSNBC live when Ann was on (Im a news nerd it tends to be always on at my house) Well as I was commenting to myself at the television, calling her an idiot at her comments she was making thru out the whole show I was finally getting mad enough to flip the station then what do I hear "We have a caller on the phone, Elizabeth Edwards" and then BOOM its on.
It was the best thing I've seen on TV in a long long time, I say good for Elizabeth for calling her out.
The thing is now, That crazy kook is just going to sell more of her stupid books cause of this.
I guess atleast Edwards can raise some more money so its a win win in the long run for both people, with being on all the headlines and making money off of sales from people who support their side/ideas.
I'm sorry, but FTR, as well as everyone that's commented in this thread is an ignorant fuck who need get their goddamn facts straight.
From the article:
I'm not a big fan of writing about Ann Coulter. She is an angry, attention-seeking twunt. It is pretty obvious by her actions that she has some serious mental problems and will say anything to get attention. Basically, the poor girl is the Andrew Dice Clay of the this century.
"She?" "Her?" "Girl?"
Ann Coulter is a man and you all know it. No real woman has an Adam's Apple that might as well be a second cock.

I don't hit women either, but I would punch Ann Coulter. She is one of the vilest people alive.

Bingo. You nailed me. I could have used several other clever terms to describe Coulter but I lack that ability.
She obviously called Edwards a "faggot" because it is a term that is rarely used, certainly hardly ever in our society. It actually might have been the first time I heard the word faggot. If only it was the most common attack to undermine a man's masculinity in America. But it's not. It is a rare and mysterious word, that "faggot"
It is no "twunt" - a word that young school girls call each other from around the age 5 up. It is such a common term. Whenever women fight with each other in a parking lot, or in a bar, it is their "go to" word. Can't tell you how many times I've heard a woman yell, "Twunt" at another woman in an attempt to undermine her femininity.
Not to mention that everybody loves Coulter and the word was not at all descriptive, while her attack on Edwards was a fucking bullseye.

You make a good point and I respect your brain.
Wow, you like to spread that sarcasm on pretty thick. You're absolutely right though, your "twunt" is much more creative then Coulter's "faggot". The way you took two words and compounded them into one, you truly amaze me. I mean how rare it is to come across such a literary architect; a person who uses humor, style, and grace to construct somekind of unscalable tower of genius, all the while using intellect to cement their foundation. I can only hope you'll let down your hair some day Rapunzel, so that others can share the wealth of your knowledge and get a small taste of the high life.
With that said, I have to shine a little light on a bit of misinformation in the article. (Just know that defending Coulter in any way makes me feel like pulling a Linda Blair style pea soup maneuver). It's just that the comment about Edwards being killed in a terrorist attack was taken completely out of context. Coulter was comparing her rants with Bill Maher's jokes. Maher has previously said that we would be better off if Cheney was killed in a terrorist attack. Coulter was just being sarcastic in suggesting that maybe she'd be less open to criticism if she'd say the same kind of things about Edwards. I'm sure there is youtube video of the complete statement somewhere.
I still agree with you though, she is now and will forever remain a major twunt, just not necessarily due to that specific interview.

Ann is the Conservative version of Rosie.......
Both of them need to shut the hell up, maby if we put them in a room together they would destroy each other like matter and anti matter.
Reminds me of a newspaper article I read last Thursday on a megalodon (giant prehistoric shark) exhibit in Gainesville. It listed as it's modern relatives, he Great White Shark, the Mako Shark, and Rosie O'Donnell (the megalodon had a mouth so big a 6-foot person could walk through it.
This slime-crawling mudworm could have been added.

Plus, 'faggot' is a term meaning "homosexual male" and her using it derogatorally on Edwards not only insults homosexuals (which certainly wouldn't bother her), but also suggests that John Edwards is gay, and as far as I know, he is not, not that that should matter to anyone who uses his/her brain. Exactly like Don Anus calling the team "hos" First he in a derogatory way alluded to their race, then, committed sander, called them "hos."
Claining someone is something s/he isn't is slander.
Calling Ann coulter a 'twunt,' which, while I've never ever heard a 5-year old girl say (and for that I'm thankful), means NOTHING. Itr is not alleging that she is is a nonexistant thing.
*stops to imagine Ann Couter as a nonexistant thing*
Anyway, THAT is the difference. It is not a kettle/pot thing.
And yes, I called her a 'slime-crawling mudworm,' and she may not actually be one, but another difference is that if I'd called her a 'carpetmuncher,' instead, it would have been an attempt at insulting her, as well as verbally attacking lesbians (added to the vastly larger insult to the Lesbian community by calling Ann Coulter one). This kind of thing makes words like 'faggot' and 'carpetmuncher' more offensive than 'twunt' or 'mudworm.'
That said, I apologize to any mudworms that may feel offended by my comment.

To paraphrase -
Maher (quoting Barney Frank): "Fewer people would be dying right now if Cheney had died in that attack."
Coulter: "I wish a terrorist would kill Edwards."
Not quite the same thing. And definitely contributes to her overall twuntiness.

i'd say that my only hope for her is that she's not entirely barren so that one day she can have a child then lose it, but that isn't really true.
what i really hope for is that someday she chills the fuck out and lets a little humanity creep into her twisted, backwards heart.
Very well said. It's too bad that neither will happen...
