If he is guilty of any of those he should receive the appropriate punishment. He was a rather high ranking officer and should be above all that shit. I don't have a desire to see officers punished but when I was a lowly enlisted and I fucked up I didn't get any mercy from them, if they are held in such higher regard then when they fuck up they need to realise that the uniform code is a meaningful system and is indescriminate, regardless of status. It applies to ALL.

The military dropped all the criminal charges the following March, citing national security concerns that would arise from the publication of evidence against him. A month later, Yee's record was wiped clean when an army general dismissed his convictions for adultery and pornography.
