Fixed. biggrin

Actually, if I remember Dante's Inferno correctly, don't hypocrites go to the lowest level of hell? So I think that they have a seat reserved for her there.

You're very close, they share the next pit (or 6th bulgia) over within the same 8th circle reserved for those who have wronged others through fraud. The punishing fate awaiting hypocrites seems fairly tame in comparison to those of the politically corrupt. They only have to wear an insufferably heavy gold lined cloak for eternity where as the politicians are thrown into a crowded pit filled with molten pitch. When the damned break free to the surface, they are tormented by temperamental demons who prod and push them with long pitchforks. Ooh, that smarts! The 9th circle is the lowest by the way.

Spoken like a good Nor Cal elitist.

You mean some Californians are even more elitist than others?

My God. It's worse than I ever realized.

I totally meant it too! No, really!

Because insinuating that people are murderers with no evidence is so punk rock!

"There were rumblings back in '78 that she may have had a drop or two of blood on her fingers from the deaths of Moscone and Milk" is not an insinuation that Feinstein is a murderer.

Unless you're presuaded by the passive voice, that is.

But I have money that Hillary will select Feinstein for V.P.

I'm guessing you don't really know what "insinuate" means there champ.

Actually, no you broke it. Saying that all politicians are corrupt is like saying all black people like fired chicken and watermelon. It is stupid and wrong.

ok, let's be fair, EVERYONE loves fried chicken and watermelon.

+1 biggrin

I agree with Scott Adams -All humans are crooks, in varying degrees... and politicians are just more closely scrutinized

So Cali folks are always chided for our pillage of the water reserves of Mono Lake, when in reality Las Vegas holds greater blame for the pillage of Mono's waters.
.

Get your facts straight. L.A. stole its' water from the Owens Valley first and foremost, diverting the Owens River virtually in its' entirety by 1928 via the L.A. aqueduct and then pumping out groundwater as well, leading to the complete failure of agriculture there and the ruination of vast swaths of land via desertification.

Diversion of Mono Lake waters didn't begin until 1941and was addressed by legal means with finality by 1994, unlike the continuing legal standoff of the Ownes Valley.

L.A.'s history of water diversion has been and continues to be a disgrace.

And then there's the whole diversion of lower Colorado River water to irrigate Imperial Valley agriculture. Turning the third largest river in North America into a dry streambed by the time it reaches its mouth at the top of the Gulf of California.

Dude, you just literally beat me by minutes (my browser crashed when I was trying to view a .pdf of a map on the region located on Wiki for the Colorado River Delta). Only about 5% of the original fresh water flows into the delta region. Where once there were teeming lagoons supporting a vast but delicate desert estuary, now only mudflats and sand exist. Hooray progress!

Now, what all this has to do with Feinstein and her cuntiness, I dunno. But whatever.

And we have every right to be. Do you realise that Baker, California boasts the WORLD'S TALLEST THERMOMETER? How tall do they make 'em in *your* town?
