It's not a question of "importance." It's more a question of substance and suitability. Fantasy characters from a sci-fi movie don't seem to be as meaningful as more typical stamp fare.

oh please. your opinion on this one is as subjective as it is cranky. theyve put evvvvvvery thing on stamps. everything. there are stamps to comemorate every little niche fan base out there of any long standing; its how the stamp collectors justify the hobby. give the nerds thier day.
