Funny? I don't find it funny at all. In fact I think it's hilarious that we've known all along and have just stood by with our opposable thumbs up our collective asses. It's really just the Hegelian dialectic at work, there's nothing new about the new world order, it's been going on since the dawn of civilization. What really gets me rolling on the floor laughing is that we know and yet we do not change, we merely act and react in an endless progression of self-destruction. It will eventually end when we've finally expended our evolutionary potential by destroying everything including ourselves... Until then, have a nice day. 
Take heart. Sooner or later the earth will just slough the human race off like fleas from dead rat. You know, switch the atmosphere to methane or something.
In terms of universal time, humans occupy less than a second. I love the arrogance of some who assume that we actually mean something in the overall scheme of things.
Meanwhile, we should try to enjoy the show. So, like, pass the popcorn dude.

Thanks Bean. Yeah, I spotted my error after sleeping then trying to read it again. In my defense I plead that it was a horrible shift I had just finished, and the CE boards always have me geared up and in the defensive. 
Still lame on my part since I had just seen the movie a day before.
