Well, it's no wonder they hate us, with our G.I.s throwing all those babies down wells.

"Throw the baby down the well, so my country can be free..."

HAHA The NK nuclear bombs are falling, the NK nuclear bombs bok
This story is almost as good as that other world ender - AVIAN FLU!!!!!
Just in time for Halloween scare parks - Kim and his sad little song "someone pay attention to me or I'll set off another nuclear bomb in my own country." AHHHHHHH scary!
Make sure your cave entrance is sealed Kim wouldn't want to contaminate yourself.
Yeah I'm sure China will just let him do what he wants especially with the Manchurian industrial sector next door.
He be funny that guy - all the way up until the time his trusted aide who is on the payroll of China puts a bullet in that big bad haircut pumpkin head of his.

What ever did happen to that Avian Flu scare?

You stopped paying attention. At the moment, it's still a potential epidemic.
You won't need that vaccine at all; give it to someone else.

Another sucker for the POTENTIAL epidemic - number of human to human transmissions - 0

Number of NK missiles able to SUCCESSFULLY hit the US - 0

Number of NK warheads small enough to sit atop those unsuccessful missiles - 0

The sky is falling... the sky is falling...

At least it did in Buffalo

Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain Dorothy...

Or that politician diddling the pages, or being bribed by the lobbyist, or your real wages decreasing... after all there are serious DISTRACTIONS you need to worry about...

I think you're missing the point. There's little threat to the US directly from a NK nuclear attack. that's pretty much obvious. the effect on the reigon and its indirect effect on the US is still pretty serious. Not to mention that North Korea hasn't developed a single weapon system or piece of military hardware in the last half century that they haven't eventually (and usually immediately) sold on the black and open market.

and for a country that's in as dire financial straits as them, with severe food and resource shortages...that's kinda a scary thought.

I agree with your line of thought, but I highly doubt Kim-Jong is interested in feeding his citizens.

well..feeding his army mostly really...and euipping them. and paying for his righteous do.
he feeds the people just enough to keep them from openly revolting and all the while blaming their lot in life on the outside powers that are aligned against them.
