Around fourteen, the eye-lids peel back & the full splender of the blue irises returns, but thr the first ten, eleven photos, the narrowed eyes lend an angry veneer to Abbi. We have not seen such, before -- maybe, to a point, with "Weed" -- but it serves her well. It tells us who is the authority, situationally -- our protagonist.
