I am also a very strict vegetarian, and have been for 15 years. My ex-husband and his friend, who are not, ate every last bit of those steaks, which I can respect, and would not have purchased the meat if I thought that it would go to waste.
I respect that it would be disturbing though, and it was VERY VERY disturbing to me, but I wanted that challenge. I can't even look at meat, so you can imagine how hard it was for me to touch it, and have it touch me.
It is great to have SG as an open venue to have controvesial sets though!
So you're telling us that you find the senseless killing of animals to be lighthearted and not a serious topic? I can only assume you don't eat meat for health reasons. Way to challenge yourself!
